Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina is seeking a senior configuration delivery leader to oversee staff delivering system configuration solutions that meet business requirements and enterprise strategy.

You will guide testing, release management, and administrative configuration across multiple environments, while coordinating with IT and business operations to support upgrades and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) or 5+ years in related field.
• 5+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff responsible for system configuration solution delivery and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy.
• Lead testing and configuration release management activities and assess results for accuracy.
• Lead analysis, development, configuration, and maintenance of complex system configurations across environments.
• Participate in project intake, scope configuration requirements, and deliver implementation and post-implementation support.
