Responsibilities

• Lead staff responsible for system configuration solution delivery to meet business requirements and enterprise strategy.
• Provide direction to a team supporting business initiatives and system improvements with top-level configuration knowledge.
• Review and approve configuration run by delivery team and ensure unit testing to reduce defects.
• Lead project intake, scheduling, and delivery of implementation and post-implementation support.
• Mentor and develop personnel, manage performance, and ensure communications with upper management.
