Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a senior configuration and delivery leader to oversee staff responsible for system configuration solution delivery, aligning with enterprise strategy and optimizing performance.

You will lead analysis, development, and implementation of initiatives to modify and re-engineer processes, manage resources, and ensure successful delivery of complex configuration projects across IT and business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff responsible for system configuration solution delivery and align with enterprise strategy.
• Lead analysis, development, and implementation of initiatives to modify and re-engineer processes and systems for performance improvements.
• Manage resources and ensure project goals are delivered, including temporary/contract resources and staffing alignment.
• Review test plans, ensure unit testing, and coordinate configuration data migrations per release processes.
• Lead delivery of implementation and post-implementation support to projects and operations.
