Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to operate routine office equipment (fax, scanner, copier).

Responsibilities

• Set up conference rooms for scheduled meetings.
• Disassemble and store furniture and equipment.
• Distribute supplies to client employees as requested.
• Monitor and manage inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Receive catering orders and prepare food for delivery.
• Ensure timely delivery of catering orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of conference rooms and pantry areas.
• Assist with mail, packages, and interoffice deliveries as needed.
