Job summary

Canon Business Process Services in Irvine, CA is seeking a Hospitality Clerk to support conference room setup, catering deliveries, and food service for meetings. Under supervision, you will prepare rooms, stock supplies, and assist with mail and interoffice courier tasks as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year of related experience, and strong customer service. You may lift up to 50 lbs, work overtime when required, and contribute to a clean, organized work

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to operate common office equipment (fax, scanner, metering, stamping, etc.).
• Excellent customer service, professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set up conference room for scheduled meetings.
• Disassemble conference room and store furniture and equipment.
• Organize and distribute supplies to client employees as requested.
• Monitor inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Receive catering orders from vendors.
• Prepare food for delivery to conference rooms.
• Deliver food on service carts to conference rooms.
• Food service setup in conference room as per order details.
• Ensure timely delivery of catering orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of catering supplies and pantries.
• Clean conference rooms after meetings.
• Receive, sort, and deliver mail and packages as needed.
