Job summary

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP seeks a Senior Technology Support Analyst to maintain desktop/laptop systems and improve end-user productivity. This role reports to the IT Manager and ensures timely, accurate resolutions while coordinating with software and hardware engineers.

The position is based in the Philadelphia office with a 9:00 am - 5:30 pm ET schedule, requiring strong problem-solving, documentation, and advanced troubleshooting skills to support practice groups and local offices.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field and minimum of 7 years of experience in hardware and software support at a professional-services organization.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to adapt to change and balance demands.
• Advanced arithmetic skills and ability to interpret graphs and charts.
• Knowledge of office productivity software and Microsoft operating system; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to end users and clients regarding technology-related issues and questions.
• Provide Level 2 support for hardware and software; perform installations and upgrades.
• Write technical articles for the internal knowledge base; participate in pilots and rollouts.
• Assist with mobility support and remote locations; coordinate with engineers for escalations.
