Job summary

US AMR-Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Meeting Room Support Associate to manage meeting room operations, AV setup, and VIP video calls. You will configure spaces, perform daily inspections, and maintain AV inventories while delivering top-tier service.

The role requires hands-on technical support for AV issues and collaboration with Cisco vendors, emphasizing customer focus and professional communication. On-site location only.

Qualifications

• Experience operating projectors, flat screens, microphones, control systems, and conferencing platforms including MS Teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to work independently under time constraints.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform frequent movement throughout the facility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with professionalism under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Configure meeting spaces with appropriate furniture and equipment setups.
• Conduct daily facility inspections.
• Maintain comprehensive AV inventory records through our asset tracking database.
• Provide hands‑on technical support by diagnosing and resolving audio‑visual issues.
• Coordinate video conference assistance in partnership with Cisco vendors.
• Deliver white‑glove service for VIP video calls.
• Set up or break down furniture and equipment for large meetings and events.
