Compass Group USA, through its Restaurant Associates division, seeks a COORD, CONFERENCE & MEETING SVCS to ensure flawless delivery of conference services. You will coordinate with clients, vendors and staff to manage reservations, room setup and on-site service delivery.

The role requires 1–3 years in hospitality, proficiency with Office tools, and the ability to handle multiple events in a fast-paced environment. This position is based at client sites in New York and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree in hospitality management, communications or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handles all reservations and bookings for meetings and conferences.
• Inspects and maintains conference room appearance and functionality for quality assurance.
• Communicates available services, policies, and fees to clients.
• Coordinates services for meetings that have been booked.
• Participates in planning meetings and discusses logistical matters with staff.
