Compass Group USA, Rapport division, is seeking a Conference Coordinator in NYC to support meetings and conferences at two firm locations in New York and New Jersey. You will coordinate space, confirmations, and vendor services to ensure seamless events.

You will collaborate with executives and staff, ensuring excellent client relations and adherence to policies. A four-year degree and hospitality planning experience are preferred, with strong MS Office skills and proactive mindset.

Formación

• Four year college degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Two years of planning experience in hospitality industry.
• Proactive mindset to anticipate and support changes in business.

Responsabilidades

• Handle meeting room bookings using EMS and optimize space utilization.
• Send initial confirmations and follow up prior to events.
• Coordinate services including AV, catering, room setup, signage and materials.
• Communicate needs to internal departments and vendors before and during events.
