The Conference Center Setup & Logistics Coordinator at Compass Group USA coordinates the setup and breakdown of conference rooms, meeting spaces, and events to deliver a top‑notch workplace experience. You will work with campus facilities, catering, AV, and clients to ensure spaces meet client specs, safety standards, and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience in conference services, event operations, hospitality, or facility operations.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up, reconfigure, and breakdown meeting rooms and event spaces according to client requests and floor plans.
• Conduct pre-event inspections to ensure spaces are clean, safe, and presentation-ready.
• Perform post-event breakdowns and handle furniture and equipment safely.
• Coordinate with facilities, janitorial, security, catering, and AV teams for seamless execution.
