Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree asset.
• Extensive knowledge of office procedures for conference, catering and events.
• Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day activities in the Conference Center, café, meetings and events; staff scheduling; training and development for conference services team.
• Ensure team delivers best-in-class service and complies with firm protocols.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures to meet local needs while aligning with firm standards.
• Oversee staffing efficiency and appropriate ratios to support all needs.
• Manage full-service internal event management including budget, logistics, vendor relations, catering, decor and on-site operations.
• Address operational issues promptly and effectively as they arise.
• Oversee online conference room scheduling and ensure accurate placements and adjustments.
• Provide coaching on excellence standards, inventory control, and food safety in line with firm policies.
• Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Recruiting and others; support Partners' events as needed.
• Manage maintenance contracts for coffee hub and café equipment.
