Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in hospitality or event coordination.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with coordinating meetings and guest services.

• Maintain the Concierge Center and greet visitors with professionalism.
• Coordinate catering and events orders and room setups.
• Support daily conference room operations and vendor coordination.
• Assist with travel or restaurant reservations and visitor guidance.
