Responsibilities

• Moves and arranges tables, chairs, and linens for events.
• Sets up items not included in the room (flipcharts, whiteboard, screens, etc.).
• Prepares conference rooms to ensure proper materials (pens, pads, handouts, event packages).
• Refreshes rooms between meetings.
• Handles phone and email communications with clients and teammates.
• Assists clients and visitors and provides directions within the building.
