Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Business or Hospitality a plus).
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the Client Conference Center ensuring smooth operations.
• Manage reception and catering staff.
• Provide guidance and direction to staff regarding special events, VIP meetings, etc.
• Interact with high profile VIPs.
• Work with third party vendors, provide building access and concise directions.
• Able to multitask, troubleshoot, etc.
• Work closely with all management.
• React and respond to all inquiries.
