Job summary

The position requires a high school diploma, 3+ years of relevant experience, and excellent communication to assist non-technical users. Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $99,000 with a discretionary bonus and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in conference/media tech.
• Strong communication and ability to explain tech to non-tech users.

Responsibilities

• Set up and test meetings, facilitating them as needed.
• Verify meetings have started and run on time.
• Support platforms to meet client needs and train users.
• Learn ongoing conferencing needs across locations and adapt.
• Plan, stage and test conferencing across office sites.
• Support 12-15 physical suites and provide local/virtual help.
• Monitor weekly schedule and assist delivery for client experience.
• Resolve urgent meeting issues calmly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot lighting, sound, webcams; coach users on best practices.
• Coordinate multi-site blended conferences across time zones.
• Assist Help Desk during low conferencing activity.
