Grand Traverse Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee condo attendants and linen porters, ensuring all units meet our high standards before guest check-in.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily room assignments, maintaining cleanliness and safety, training staff, and communicating with the housekeeping office to keep inventory and reports accurate. A professional image and reliable team leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years previous supervisory experience.
• Prefer 6 months previous housekeeping experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Supervise condo attendants and linen porters to ensure units are ready for guests.
• Update room information hourly on busy days to have condos available by 4:00 p.m.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; coordinate with housekeeping office and engineering for maintenance.
• Train staff and enforce grooming and safety standards.
• Assist in maintaining open communication with supervisor and uphold environmental practices.
