Job summary

Concord is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to guide a busy team and uphold spotless, welcoming spaces across our hotels in Grand Rapids. You will oversee housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson staff, assign daily tasks, ensure brand standards, and maintain safety and efficiency.

You will train and mentor teammates, respond to guest requests, monitor room readiness, and help resolve issues quickly. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and support a team.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to assist with cleaning tasks and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams to ensure quality, productivity, and standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to confirm cleanliness and brand compliance.
• Train and support team members to drive performance and consistency.
