gpac is seeking an experienced Superintendent for a highly respected Commercial Construction Company in Arkansas. This role oversees scheduling, manpower, equipment, and safety on commercial projects ranging from mid to large scale.

You will lead site personnel, coordinate with subcontractors, review payments, and ensure quality and on-time delivery while maintaining a strong safety culture and growth opportunities within the firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a true lead supervisor.
• Proven work history with a concrete contractor.
• Experience on commercial building projects in the $5–50M range.
• Proficiency with safety procedures.
• Extensive people skills.

Superintendent Functions
