Concrete Strategies LLC seeks a Senior Superintendent to provide on-site supervision and quality control for large-scale commercial concrete projects. You will manage field operations, review drawings, and coordinate with Operations Managers to meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost goals.

This role requires 6+ years of concrete construction experience, strong leadership, and effective communication with field crews, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in commercial/industrial concrete construction.
• Ability to supervise construction employees within budget and schedule.
• Strong coordination with subcontractors and field labor.
• Spanish speaking skills adequate for field communication.
• Commitment to Safety First philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations managers for all concrete schedules/operations.
• On-site supervision of all concrete construction processes.
• Ensure budget is followed in terms manpower and material expenditures.
• Organize and schedule the field labor and ensure performance as required.
• Coordinate with other subcontractors for proper planning and harmony.
• Ensure quality is preserved in concrete construction and budget maintained.
• Track and report project progress daily and weekly.
• Record time for field manpower under supervision.
• Identify delays and provide solutions to overcome challenges.
