You will manage an account portfolio, resolve issues, and coordinate with operations to meet sales goals while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.

You will forecast profitability, set pricing strategies, and build strong relationships with customers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Clean driving record required.
• Sales experience in industry or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example that safety is the number one priority.
• Direct and coordinate sales of ready mixed concrete, services, and products.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Manage and build account portfolio.
• Review operational metrics to forecast sales and determine profitability.
• Determine price schedules and discount rates.
• Coordinate with superintendents, technical personnel or other departments.
• Maintain good customer relations by acting in a professional and courteous manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
