Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Sales experience in industry or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example that safety is the number one priority.
• Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of ready mixed concrete, services, and products.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Manage and build account portfolio.
• Review operational metrics to forecast sales and determine profitability.
• Determine price schedules and discount rates.
• Confer with superintendents, technical personnel or other departments to coordinate activities.
• Maintain good customer relations by acting in a professional and courteous manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
