Job summary

Quikrete in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Sales Representative to drive revenue, manage the market from lead generation through contract closures, and maintain strong customer relationships. You will identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and coordinate with operations to ensure on-time delivery while upholding safety standards.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and sales experience in construction or related sectors; proficiency with MS Office; and readiness to train in Ready‑Mix

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred (construction materials, business, etc).
• Sales experience in construction, residential and commercial builders, incl. project management, sales and estimating.

Responsibilities

• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify targets and contact projections.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge; establish client relationships.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and contracts; track and report bids and quotes.
• Follow up on leads, prospect new accounts, and activate contract services.
• Assist in credit paperwork and resolve customer issues; ensure on-time deliveries.
