Job summary

Dolese Bros Co in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Concrete Sales Representative to market ready-mix concrete and provide exceptional customer service within an assigned territory and accounts.

You will build relationships, present proposals, manage the sales cycle from initial contact to delivery, and coordinate with Dispatch, Logistics, and Operations. Occasional nights/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of sales experience preferred.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Knowledge of concrete market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.
• Present proposals and pricing with clients and team.
• Coordinate deliveries and scheduling with Dispatch.
• Attend marketing events and trade shows when possible.
• Enter and track projects in the CRM.
