• Requires degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope and schedule with managers and mentors to plan safety and quality.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress and replan based on feedback.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with project teams and integrate into project execution processes.
• Assume evolving duties such as estimating, field engineering, forming walls/columns, inspections, loadout, place/finish, slab prep, production tracking, quantity take-offs and more.
