Job summary

MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in construction chemicals and building materials, seeks a dynamic Sales Representative in Nashville to drive growth through hands-on product demonstrations and samples. You will target procurement decision-makers, deliver persuasive presentations, and expand the customer base with strategic market insight.

The role offers a base salary of $75,000–$90,000 plus a scalable incentive plan, including an annual starting range of $10,000–$40,000, with uncapped

Qualifications

• External sales experience with proven track record in relevant industry/products.
• Strong knowledge of the assigned market/industry.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Windows-based PC use, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets as outlined by the Company.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective and existing customers.
• Build and nurture relationships with key purchasing decision-makers.
• Identify and recommend tailored solutions from MAPEI's portfolio.
• Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers via various sources.
• Gather and provide market intelligence on customer preferences and trends.
• Represent the Company at industry trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings.
• Maintain a safe workspace, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as required.
