Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a concierge medical group. This outpatient role emphasizes relationship-based primary care with a full support team and no inpatient responsibilities.

Expect competitive compensation starting at $200,000 per year, with growth to $350,000 as patient panel expands. Monday–Friday schedule, limited call, and comprehensive benefits are included to support long-term patient wellness.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.
• 3–20 years of dedicated primary care experience.
• Interest in preventative health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality relationship-based primary care in outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health, integrative medicine, and exercise physiology.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships through prevention and education.
