Acloché LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for outpatient primary care in a physician-led concierge group.

You will see 8-10 patients per day, share equal call, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Competitive compensation, strong benefits, CME support, and relocation assistance are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.
• 3 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience is required.
• Interest in preventative health and wellness.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.
