Job summary

Talent With Heart, a concierge medical group in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care on a Monday–Friday schedule in an outpatient setting. See 8–10 patients daily with a supportive team and shared call responsibilities.

The position offers competitive compensation starting at $200K, increasing to $350K with a full patient panel, along with a comprehensive benefits package and relocation assistance

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide patient-centered primary care.
• Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team and coordinate care.
• Strong documentation and preventive health focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, outpatient primary care.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships through prevention and education.
