Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a concierge primary care group. This outpatient role emphasizes relationship-based care with a Monday–Friday schedule and no inpatient duties.

The physician will see 8–10 patients daily, work with a dedicated support team, and participate in equal-call rotation while focusing on prevention and wellness education. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.
• 3 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience is required.
• A compassionate, relationship-driven approach to medicine with an interest in preventative health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.
