Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a well-established, physician-led concierge medical group.

The role is outpatient, Monday–Friday, with limited call and a target of 8–10 patient visits per day. Compensation starts at $200K per year and grows to $350K once a full patient panel is achieved, with full clinical support and favorable benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.
• 3 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships through prevention and wellness.
