Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a Primary Care Physician for immediate placement in Owings Mills, MD. This full-time, on-site role starts at $250,000 annually and grows to $300,000 as a full patient panel is achieved.

You will provide outpatient, relationship-based care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain thorough documentation, and support preventive health while managing a patient waitlist.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited US medical school and board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Maryland medical license or license eligible for immediate credentialing.
• 5–20 years of dedicated primary care experience.
• Interest in preventative health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Care for an incoming waitlist of patients at an on-site clinical pod.
• Oversee care with a dedicated clinical and administrative team.
• Share equal after-hours phone call responsibility.
• Collaborate with referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation aligned with practice standards.
• Foster long-term patient relationships through prevention and education.
