Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its physician-led concierge group in Owings Mills, MD. This full-time, on-site role offers a starting salary of $250,000 with potential to $300,000 as you achieve a full patient panel.

Join a collaborative team with dedicated clinical and administrative support, an active waitlist, and a focus on preventative care and patient education in a thriving outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized)
• Active and unrestricted Maryland medical license (or license eligible for immediate credentialing)
• 5 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting
• Step into a dedicated on-site clinical pod and care for an incoming waitlist of patients
• Oversee care with a dedicated clinical and administrative support team
• Share equal, manageable after-hours phone call responsibility
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation in alignment with practice standards
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit
