Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its concierge medical group in Owings Mills, MD.

This on-site, full-time position offers a starting salary of $250,000 with potential to $300,000 as the patient panel grows. The incoming physician will join a physician-led team, work in a fully equipped onsite pod, and help expand a waitlisted patient base while providing high-quality outpatient care and preventive health services.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. medical school.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active Maryland medical license or license eligible for credentialing.
• 5 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience.
• Compassionate, relationship-driven approach to medicine with focus on preventative health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Care for an incoming waitlist of patients in a dedicated on-site clinical pod.
• Oversee care with a dedicated clinical and administrative support team.
• Share equal, manageable after-hours phone call responsibility.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation in alignment with practice standards.
• Foster long-term patient relationships through prevention, wellness, and patient education.
