Job summary

Modern Machining Solutions Inc in Owings Mills, MD is seeking a Primary Care Physician for immediate placement. This full-time, on-site role fits Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians, with a starting salary of $250,000 and potential to reach $300,000 as your patient panel grows.

You will join a physician-led concierge group with a ready-to-go on-site clinic pod, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and comprehensive benefits including PTO, CME allowance, malpractice coverage,

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. medical school.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted Maryland medical license or eligible for credentialing.
• 5 to 20 years of primary care experience.
• Commitment to preventative health and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Step into a dedicated on-site clinical pod and care for an incoming waitlist of patients.
• Oversee care with a dedicated clinical and administrative support team.
• Share equal, manageable after-hours phone call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation in alignment with practice standards.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.
