Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking a Primary Care Physician in Owings Mills, MD to join a physician-led concierge group. This full-time, on-site role offers a starting salary of $250,000 with potential to grow to $300,000 as you reach a full patient panel.

The successful candidate will provide outpatient primary care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, manage a waitlist, and deliver preventative care and patient education.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited U.S. medical school.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Maryland medical license or license eligible for credentialing.
• 5–20 years of primary care experience.
• Compassionate, relationship-driven approach with emphasis on prevention.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Care for an incoming waitlist of patients with a dedicated on-site pod.
• Oversee care with a dedicated clinical and administrative support team.
• Share after-hours phone call responsibilities.
• Collaborate with referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and emphasis on prevention and patient education.
