Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) for immediate placement in Owings Mills, MD. This full-time, on-site role involves joining a concierge-style practice with a full patient panel and an on-site clinical pod.

Expect a starting salary of $250,000, rising to $300,000 with panel growth. You will provide relationship-based outpatient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to preventive health and wellness initiatives

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. medical school.
• Board certification in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Active Maryland medical license or license eligibility for immediate credentialing.
• 5–20 years of dedicated primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Care for an incoming waitlist of patients in a dedicated on-site pod.
• Work with a supportive clinical and administrative team.
• Share after-hours call responsibility.
• Collaborate with referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation per practice standards.
• Foster long-term patient relationships with emphasis on prevention and wellness.
