Job summary

Food Management Search, Inc. is assisting an established physician-led concierge medical group in Owings Mills, MD to hire a Primary Care Physician.

This full-time, on-site role offers a starting salary of $250,000 and a pathway to $300,000 as you build a full patient panel. You will provide relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting, join a dedicated clinical pod, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized)
• Active and unrestricted Maryland medical license (or license eligible for immediate credentialing)
• 5 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience
• Compassionate, relationship-driven approach to medicine with an interest in preventative health and wellness

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting
• Step into a dedicated on-site clinical pod and care for an incoming waitlist of patients
• Oversee care with a dedicated clinical and administrative support team
• Share equal, manageable after-hours phone call responsibility
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation in alignment with practice standards
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit

Education

MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
