Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Primary Care Physician for an on-site role in Owings Mills, MD. The position offers a starting salary of $250,000 annually, rising to $300,000 upon achieving a full patient panel, with a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive clinical pod.

You will provide relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting, manage a waitlist, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote preventive health and patient education.

Qualificações

• MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. medical school.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Maryland medical license or eligible for credentialing.
• 5 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience.
• Compassionate, relationship-driven approach with preventative health focus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Care for an incoming waitlist of patients in a dedicated on-site clinical pod.
• Oversee care with a dedicated clinical and administrative support team.
• Share equal, manageable after-hours phone call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation in alignment with practice standards.
• Foster long-term patient relationships through prevention, wellness, and patient education.
