Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking a Primary Care Physician for immediate placement in Owings Mills, MD. This full-time, on-site role offers a starting salary of $250,000 with potential to $300,000 after achieving a full patient panel.

The physician will join a physician-led concierge practice with an existing waitlist, a dedicated on-site clinical pod, and a team-based environment focused on prevention, wellness, and long-term patient relationships.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Maryland medical license or license eligibility for immediate credentialing.
• 5–20 years of dedicated primary care experience.
• Compassionate, relationship-driven approach with interest in preventive health.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Care for an incoming waitlist of patients in a dedicated on-site clinical pod.
• Oversee care with a dedicated clinical and administrative support team.
• Share equal, manageable after-hours phone call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation in alignment with practice standards.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into visits.
