Aspiring physician opportunity in Owings Mills, MD, with a concierge medical group seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a growing team on-site. Immediate placement with full patient waitlist and dedicated clinical pod.

Starting at $250,000 annually, rising to $300,000 as you achieve a full patient panel, with comprehensive benefits and a collaborative environment designed for long-term success.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO)
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized)
• Active and unrestricted Maryland medical license (or active license eligible for immediate credentialing)
• 5 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience is required
• A compassionate, relationship-driven approach to medicine with an interest in preventative health and wellness

Mansioni

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting
• Step into a dedicated on-site clinical pod and care for an incoming waitlist of patients
• Oversee care with a dedicated clinical and administrative support team
• Share equal, manageable after-hours phone call responsibility
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation in alignment with practice standards
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit
