Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for immediate placement in Owings Mills, MD to join a well‑established concierge medical group.

This full‑time, on‑site role offers a starting salary of $250,000 per year, rising to $300,000 once a full patient panel is achieved, with a dedicated clinical pod and strong team support to foster long‑term professional success.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active and unrestricted Maryland medical license (or active license eligible for immediate credentialing).
• 5 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience is required.
• A compassionate, relationship-driven approach to medicine with an interest in preventative health and wellness.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Step into a dedicated on-site clinical pod and care for an incoming waitlist of patients.
• Oversee care with a dedicated clinical and administrative support team.
• Share equal, manageable after-hours phone call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation in alignment with practice standards.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.
