Job summary

United Future in Owings Mills, MD seeks a Primary Care Physician (Family or Internal Medicine) for immediate placement at our concierge practice. This on-site role offers a starting salary of $250,000 with growth to $300,000 upon reaching a full patient panel.

You will join a physician-led, fully supported team with a dedicated clinical pod, collaborative care partners, and extensive benefits, including generous PTO, CME allowance, malpractice insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school (MD/DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Maryland medical license or license eligibility for credentialing.
• 5–20 years of dedicated primary care experience.
• Compassionate, relationship-driven approach with preventive health focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Care for an incoming waitlist of patients in a dedicated on-site pod.
• Oversee care with a dedicated clinical and administrative support team.
• Share equal after-hours phone call responsibility.
• Collaborate with referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation aligned with practice standards.
• Foster long-term patient relationships through prevention, wellness, and education.
