Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Owings Mills, MD is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) for an immediate full-time, on-site role. Start salary is $250,000 per year, with potential to reach $300,000 after achieving a full patient panel.

You will join a concierge, physician-led group with an on-site clinical pod, dedicated support, and a waitlist of patients. Expect team collaboration, preventative care focus, and strong credentialing processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted Maryland medical license or license eligible for credentialing.
• 5 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience.
• Compassionate, relationship-driven approach with prevention and wellness focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Step into a dedicated on-site clinical pod and care for an incoming waitlist of patients.
• Oversee care with a dedicated clinical and administrative support team.
• Share equal, manageable after-hours phone call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation in alignment with practice standards.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.
