Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for an immediate placement in Owings Mills, MD. This on-site role offers a starting salary of $250,000 with potential to grow to $300,000 as the full patient panel is achieved.

The practice operates at full capacity with a waiting list, featuring a dedicated on-site pod, collaborative team, and comprehensive benefits designed to support long-term professional success.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-subspecialized).
• Active and unrestricted Maryland medical license (or license eligible for immediate credentialing).
• 5–20 years of dedicated primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Care for an incoming waitlist of patients in a dedicated on-site pod.
• Oversee care with a dedicated clinical and administrative support team.
• Share equal, manageable after-hours phone call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation in alignment with practice standards.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.
