ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC in Charlotte, NC seeks a Primary Care Physician (Family or Internal Medicine) to join a physician-led concierge group. Outpatient only, Monday–Friday, with limited call and 200 patient-facing days per year. Start at $200K with potential to grow to $350K as patient panel grows.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. medical school.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.
• 3 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• See 8-10 patients per day.
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team.
• Share equal call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit.
