Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. in Owings Mills, MD is seeking a Primary Care Physician for a full-time, on-site role. The starting salary is $250,000 per year, increasing to $300,000 annually once a full patient panel is established.

The physician will join a physician-led concierge practice with a dedicated on-site clinical pod, focusing on relationship-based outpatient care, prevention, and wellness, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient experiences.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from accredited US medical school.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Maryland medical license or license-eligible for credentialing.
• 5 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience.
• Compassionate, relationship-driven approach with emphasis on prevention and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Care for an incoming waitlist of patients in a dedicated on-site clinical pod.
• Oversee care with a dedicated clinical and administrative support team.
• Share after-hours phone call responsibility with the team.
• Collaborate with nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation in alignment with standards.
• Foster long-term patient relationships with focus on prevention and wellness.

Skills

Board Certified in Family Medicine or

MD/DO degree

Maryland license

5-20 years of primary care
