Job summary

Sollis Health is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to grow our premium membership base. You will be the first touchpoint for inbound leads, delivering a high-touch, white-glove experience by phone, email, and text.

In a remote-friendly role across eligible US states (including VA), you’ll learn our membership model and sales process with clear paths to advancement. A hands-on, consultative sales approach is valued and supported by a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years in sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or service roles.
• Quota-carrying consultative experience preferred.
• Experience handling inbound leads and sales processes.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus (training provided).
• Must be able to work a fixed weekly schedule including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries, delivering a white-glove, responsive experience via phone, email, and text.
• Respond quickly to new inquiries and schedule conversations with prospective members to improve speed-to-lead.
• Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospective members’ needs and interests.
• Educate prospective members on Sollis' care model, services, physician access, and membership benefits.
• Guide qualified prospects through the enrollment process for appropriate membership offerings.
• Collaborate with senior Membership Directors on complex or high-touch member conversations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and activity in Salesforce.
• Participate in tours of Sollis facilities when possible in market locations.
• Coordinate onboarding with Member Services, Operations, and Clinical teams.
• Provide feedback to improve sales processes and marketing materials.
• Represent Sollis professionally and empathetically in all interactions.
