Job summary

Sollis Health is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to grow our membership base through high-touch engagement with inbound leads. You will be the first contact, handling inquiries via phone, email, and text, and guiding prospects through enrollment in Sollis’ premium membership offerings.

The ideal candidate is early-career in sales, eager to learn consultative skills in a premium healthcare setting, with a path to advance to a Membership Director based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years in sales or customer-facing roles; quota carrying consultative experience preferred.
• Experience responding to inbound leads and supporting a sales process; familiarity with Salesforce or CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for inbound membership inquiries with a high-touch approach.
• Respond quickly to new inquiries and schedule conversations with prospective members.
• Conduct initial discovery to understand needs, priorities, and interest in Sollis’ services.
• Educate prospective members on Sollis' care model, services, physician access, and membership benefits.
• Guide qualified prospects through enrollment for appropriate membership offerings.
• Collaborate with senior Membership Directors on complex or high-touch member conversations.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and activity in Salesforce.
• Participate in tours of Sollis facilities when located in markets.
• Coordinate onboarding with Member Services, Operations, and Clinical teams.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and objections to improve processes.
• Represent Sollis professionally and empathetically.
