Job summary

Sollis Health is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to be the primary contact for inbound membership inquiries, delivering a white-glove, responsive experience via phone, email, and text. This entry-to-mid level role offers exposure to Sollis’ membership model and sales process with a growth path to a senior Membership Director based on performance.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience, with Pacific Time hours and a fixed Tue–Sat

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years of sales/customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience responding to inbound leads or supporting a sales process is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus (training provided).
• Comfort with fixed weekly schedule including weekends/evenings/holidays as needed.
• Pacific Time working hours required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for inbound membership inquiries with high-touch engagement via phone, email, and text.
• Respond quickly to new inquiries to improve speed-to-lead and schedule conversations.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospective members’ needs and interests.
• Educate prospects on Sollis’ care model, services, physician access, and membership benefits.
• Guide qualified prospects through enrollment for appropriate memberships.
• Collaborate with Senior Membership Directors on complex or high-touch conversations.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and activity in Salesforce.
• Participate in tours of Sollis facilities when located in markets.
