Sollis Health is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to grow our premium membership base. You will be the first touch for inbound inquiries, delivering a high-touch, concierge experience via phone, email, and text.

The role targets an early-career sales professional eager to learn consultative skills within a healthcare setting. The position offers a Tuesday–Saturday shift (8:00a–4:00p ET), remote work in select states, and a base salary of $70,000–$80,000 with attractive OTE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years in sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or service roles; quota-carrying consultative experience preferred.
• Experience responding to inbound leads and supporting a sales process is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries with white-glove, responsive outreach.
• Respond quickly to new inquiries and schedule conversations with prospective members.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand needs and interests in Sollis' services.
• Educate prospects on Sollis' care model, services, and membership benefits.
• Guide qualified prospects through enrollment for appropriate memberships.
• Collaborate with senior Directors on complex or high-touch conversations.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
• Coordinate facility tours when in market.
• Provide feedback to improve sales processes and materials.
